The mailroom pile, solved.
A touchscreen at the package room door. The driver taps their carrier and scans the label, and the screen tells them exactly which shelf to use. The resident is notified in seconds, then shown a map of the room with their box on it. Designed, installed and supported locally by AIT.

Use the kiosk yourself
This is the real screen flow. Tap through it as a delivery driver, then as a resident collecting a parcel.

AIT Communication Group
AIT COMMUNICATION GROUPStart at the door
This is what the panel shows when nobody is using it. A driver taps Delivering. A resident taps Picking up.
Built for drivers, residents and boards alike
The same system covers everyone who touches a parcel: a driver who has never seen your building, a resident who just wants their box, and a board that needs an answer when something goes missing.
Delivery Drivers
Four taps and they are gone. No app to install, no code to remember, nothing to sign.
- Tap a carrier, scan the label
- The kiosk picks a free shelf
- Works even when a label will not scan
Residents
A notification the moment their parcel lands on the shelf, and a map showing exactly where it is.
- Pickup code ready in the app
- Shelf, bay and level in plain words
- Same app opens the gate and answers the intercom
Board & Property Managers
Every delivery, every panel and every building in one browser tab. No calls to a vendor.
- Carrier, time and shelf recorded on every parcel
- Live panel health and version
- Reports on what is sitting uncollected
Built for a wall, not a desk
Everything on screen is sized to be read at a metre by someone holding a box.
Three parcels, three shelves, one map
When a resident has more than one box and the driver spread them around the room, the map highlights every shelf holding one of theirs at once. Tap a parcel and it zooms to that run, down to the bay and the level.
This is the part most systems get wrong. Show one shelf and a resident collects one box and goes home.
- Every waiting parcel listed with its shelf, bay and level
- The room drawn to scale, including the counters and doors people navigate by
- Anything without a recorded location is named, never quietly left off

It asks before it clears
These screens name a resident and list their parcels, so the kiosk returns to its home screen on its own. It used to do that silently, which caught people mid-collection.
Now it asks, with a countdown you can read from across the room. One tap and the screen stays.
- Timeouts set per building from the admin portal
- Unattended screens still clear, so nobody inherits a stranger’s session

Locked down, and it stays that way
The panel runs one app and nothing else. No home button to escape to, no browser, no settings.
If the power drops, it comes back locked on its own. Updates install from your dashboard, so nobody stands in the package room with a cable.
- Every panel in one console, with the version it runs and when it last checked in
- Locked by the device itself, not by a setting someone can switch off

From doorstep to doormat
Drivers are in a hurry and have never seen your building. The whole flow is built around that.
Driver arrives
Taps their carrier on the screen. Nothing to install or sign.
Scans the label
The scanner reads the barcode and matches it to a resident.
Takes a shelf
The kiosk assigns a free spot and shows it in large type.
Resident notified
A push notification lands with a pickup code attached.
Collected and logged
The map shows the shelf, and the pickup is recorded.
One app for the gate, the door and the package room
HOA Access is the same app residents already use to answer the gate intercom and let guests in. The package room simply appears inside it, so there is nothing new to download and no second login.
- Notified the moment a parcel lands on the shelf
- Pickup code ready at the kiosk, with no front desk involved
- Guest passes, door unlock and video intercom in the same place

What HOA boards ask us
Any lockable room or alcove with shelving works. We survey what you have, lay out the shelf grid in the portal, and label the runs so the map on the kiosk matches the room a resident is standing in.
The driver picks the unit by hand and the parcel is still logged and assigned a shelf. A broken scanner degrades the record, it never stops a delivery or a collection.
No. If you already run our gate intercom, the package room appears inside the HOA Access app they use today. If you do not, the free app is on iOS and Android and there is no in-unit hardware.
Every property is different. Room size, shelf count, cabling distance and whether there is already a network in the room all drive the number, so we survey first and give you a line-item estimate.
AIT handles it end to end: site survey, cabling, network, the panel and shelving, resident onboarding and ongoing support. Our own technicians, across Chicagoland.
Yes. Vehicle gates, pedestrian gates, pool, clubhouse, fitness room and the package room all run on the same platform and the same resident app.

Tell us about your property and we will schedule a site visit, then deliver a detailed line-item estimate. No obligation.
