What HOA boards ask us

In most cases, yes. The intercom and access controller integrate with standard gate operators, electric strikes, and maglocks. We confirm compatibility during the free site assessment — including cabling, power, and network paths to the gate.

Just the free app on their iPhone or Android phone. There’s no in-unit hardware to install and nothing to wire inside residences. Residents without smartphones can still be reached by a standard phone call.

Every property is different — entrance count, cabling distances, conduit, and gate hardware all drive the number, which is why we don’t publish a one-size price. The community owns the hardware outright, and ongoing service is priced for the community as a whole — not per resident, per month.

AIT Communication Group handles everything end-to-end — site survey, cabling, network, intercom hardware, the resident app rollout, and board training. We’re based in Lombard, IL and support the system after the install; you call the team that built it, not a national call center.

Yes — vehicle gates, pedestrian gates, pool, clubhouse, fitness room, and package rooms can all run on the same platform, with per-resident permissions and separate schedules for each door.
